Stewart Carstairs

Stewart became a partner at the firm in January 2014. He grew up in Campbell River and after an absence of more than 10 years, he returned to build his practice and raise his young family. After completing his Bachelor Degree at the University of Victoria, Stewart completed his Juris Doctor, studying at both Dalhousie University and the University of Victoria.

Before commencing the study of law, Stewart worked for many years as a commercial fisherman.

Now, he and his partner Amanda are busy with their three children. Together they enjoy the best of what Campbell River has to offer: time spent on the water, in the woods, and on the mountains.

Steve has spent virtually all of his life on Vancouver Island. A lawyer for over 10 years, he subscribes to the philosophy of service, communication, and research and combines this with the latest technologies and old fashioned hard work, to bring success to his clients. 


Steve has always had a keen interest in real estate. While practicing law, Steve has been involved in this dynamic real estate market place. He has bought and sold several properties as well as rezoned and developed others. He regularly completes real estate transactions and reviews purchase and sales agreements. 


His success is due to his strong work ethic, his approachable style, and his sincere passion for providing the best possible service to his clients.


A family man with wife and 2 children, he loves living in the beautiful Comox Valley. 


Steve has expanded his practice to include real estate services as he truly enjoys the real estate business and looks forward to assisting you achieve your real estate goals.
